Terms and Conditions — k888 Pakistan Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, registering on, or using any part of the k888 platform — whether that is placing a sports bet, playing a casino game like Baccarat or Aviator, using the live cricket score service, or simply browsing — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the k888 platform. Continuing to use k888 after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. k888 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the k888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with k888.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The k888 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing k888 voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party when depositing or placing bets.
• You are not currently self-excluded from k888 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a k888 employee, contractor, or an immediate family member of such a person.

k888 takes age verification seriously. Any account where there is a reasonable basis to believe the account holder is under 18 will be suspended immediately pending verification. Winnings accrued on an underage account will be forfeited and any deposits returned, subject to verification of identity.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on k888. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, Pakistani mobile number and any additional details requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k888 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. k888 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact k888 support immediately.

• One account per person, per mobile number, per household.
• Registration is free — k888 will never charge a fee to create an account.
• You must be the beneficial owner of any payment method used to deposit on your account.
• k888 may require identity or address verification documents at any stage.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

k888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods:

The minimum deposit at k888 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though k888 reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing large deposits. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

k888 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are outside k888's control and are your responsibility. Deposits are credited to your k888 wallet instantly in the case of Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within the standard processing time for bank transfers.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where applicable.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within five minutes of approval in the vast majority of cases.
• Bank transfers (IBFT) and card withdrawals may take up to one working day to reflect in the recipient account.
• k888 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges from your bank or wallet provider are separate.

k888 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal pending identity verification or an account review. This is done to protect the security of your funds and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Players will be notified promptly if such a review is initiated, and k888 aims to complete all reviews within 48 hours.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable directly — only winnings generated from the wagering requirement of a bonus promotion can be withdrawn, subject to the specific terms of that promotion. See Section 8 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the k888 platform, including cricket, football, tennis and all other covered sports:

• Minimum stake: Rs 50 per bet selection.
• Maximum stake: Subject to market-specific limits displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number is issued. If no reference is received, the bet has not been placed.
• Odds changes: k888 may change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between you selecting and confirming, you will be shown the new odds before finalising.
• Abandoned matches: If a match is abandoned before completion, k888 applies DLS or equivalent rules where applicable. If no result can be determined, pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned.
• In-play betting: In-play markets can be suspended at any time. Bets accepted before suspension are valid. Bets submitted during suspension may be declined.
• Obvious errors: k888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly entered in error (e.g., a heavy favourite displayed at 100x their correct odds). Such voids are exceptional and will be communicated to affected players.

Cricket is k888's primary sport. Full PSL and Pakistan international match coverage is available with ball-by-ball in-play markets. All cricket betting at k888 — from match winner to total sixes — is subject to the general betting rules above plus any supplementary cricket-specific rules displayed on the relevant market.

7. Casino and Games Rules

All casino games available on k888 — including Baccarat, Aviator, slot games and any live dealer titles — use certified random number generation (RNG) or, where applicable, provably fair algorithms. The published RTP (return to player) percentage for each game reflects the long-run theoretical payout and does not guarantee individual session results.

Aviator at k888 uses a provably fair system. The crash multiplier for each round is determined cryptographically before the betting phase opens. Players can verify any past round's outcome using the round seed and hash available in the game history. k888 does not and cannot manipulate Aviator outcomes after the betting phase begins.

The following apply to all casino games at k888:

• Minimum bet per round: Rs 50 (varies by game — check individual game interface).
• Technical faults during a round that prevent completion will result in the round being voided and the stake returned.
• Using automated software, bots or any scripted input to play games at k888 is strictly prohibited.
• k888 reserves the right to discontinue any game from the platform at any time without prior notice.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

k888 runs promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, enhanced odds and seasonal promotions for events like the PSL. All bonuses are subject to specific terms displayed at the time they are offered, plus the general rules below:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds and can only be used for betting or gaming — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms.
• Only one active bonus promotion applies to a single account at any time. You cannot combine bonuses unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Using stolen, borrowed or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Placing bets or playing games using automated scripts, bots or any non-human input mechanism.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a bet or casino game.
• Using the k888 platform to launder money or process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors or technical faults to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing k888 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or replicate any part of the k888 platform or its intellectual property.

k888 employs real-time fraud detection systems and manual account review processes. Suspicious patterns — including unusual betting behaviour, deposit-withdrawal cycling without corresponding play, or irregular game patterns — will trigger an account review which may include a temporary hold on withdrawals pending investigation.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

k888 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified time.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• At the account holder's own request (voluntary closure).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, k888 may forfeit the account balance after deducting any outstanding obligations. Where an account is closed for any other reason, k888 will return any legitimate balance to the player's registered payment method after completing any necessary verification.

Voluntary account closure requests should be submitted to support@k888-vip.com. k888 will process voluntary closures within 48 hours of receiving a verified request.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential — arising from your use of the k888 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from bets placed or games played on k888.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside k888's control.
• Any errors in odds or game results that k888 corrects in accordance with its published rules.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Actions taken by k888 under these Terms and Conditions, including account suspension or bet voiding.

k888 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free or entirely secure. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably practicable. k888's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

k888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on k888, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the k888 platform after notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure. k888 will process any outstanding balance in your account on receipt of a closure request made within 30 days of the notification.

Minor amendments that do not materially affect player rights — such as clarifications of existing rules or corrections of typographical errors — may be made without specific player notification, though the "Last updated" date will always be updated to reflect any change.
